Prior to installing the frets, I accurately measure and adjust the curvature of the neck while it is under full string tension. Precision dial indicators provide data points which are computer graphed and the fingerboard is reshaped until the desired curvature is achieved. This process assures low action and smooth playability.

After the frets are installed and final adjustments are made, the finished guitar is put into a custom fitted Hoffee carbon fiber flight case and prepared for shipment to its new home.

The construction process spans 3 to 4 months, but it is not until the guitar reaches the hands of a player that its life as a musical instrument really begins!
